21st Century HHA Academy
Unlike other training programs, HBC removes financial barriers by securing grants and donations, making employability accessible.
The 21st Century Caregiver Academy is a workforce development training program designed to prepare compassionate, skilled, and reliable caregivers to serve seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, and families in need of quality home care. Our academy provides hands-on instruction, classroom education, and real-world training that equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to build long-term careers in caregiving. Graduates of the program will gain marketable skills, industry-recognized certifications, and pathways to employment with 21st Century Quality Home Care and other community partners.
