All emotional and case management services are completely free and provided by HBC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We never charge for services and do not sell or share personal information.

HBC’s emotional and case management support is free, nonprofit-based, and open to all teen and young parents in the Greater Houston Area.
Our program serves Houston teen parents and young adults who need guidance and support during pregnancy and early parenthood. This includes:

Parents facing housing, financial, or emotional challenges while balancing school, work, or family life

Fathers, partners, and family members supporting a parent

Teens referred by counselors, teachers, or mentors seeking extra guidance, resources, or help getting to prenatal and pediatric appointments via free medical transportation
Emotional & Case Management Support Includes
One-on-One Emotional Support for Houston Teen Parents
Safe, confidential conversations to share concerns. Provided free by HBC, a nonprofit organization.
Guidance & Goal Planning:
Assistance with planning and support for prenatal care, pediatric visits, and personal goals. Transportation to appointments is included at no cost.
Resource Referrals:
Connections to housing, career training, parenting programs, mental health, and therapy services — all free and nonprofit-based.
