This free transportation service in Houston helps teen parents access prenatal appointments, pediatric appointments, and other essential medical or case management visits.
Eligibility: All teen and young parents in the Greater Houston Area can access these services at no cost. Priority is given to prenatal/postpartum care, pediatric visits, mental health counseling, and case management appointments.
